As a standard specification, Their surface table employs high rigid ferromagnetic stainless steel SUS430 on the top and bottom of surface and single-step steel honeycomb inner structure.
The side wall of surface table for clean-room specification is covered BA stainless materials. Also, each tapped hole is completely isolated from inside of the honeycomb using drop preventive bottom. It prevents the dust getting released from the inside.
